Blogs get a lot of spam. There’s nothing to do about it really, but to use some kind of spam filter that deletes all the weird (mostly sexual related) stuff that appears in the comments area. Allan Cole Roberts wrote a post about the spam poetry that his spam filter detected a while back.

Here’s some of what I’ve been getting lately:

We say flying pig is about to crash into the tower, read more about it.
Deformed during childhood, this timeless classic? Id be in, sind in ihrem. As pounds, fish that do.
Credit this can, signs should make? During your wedding, expansion of your fortune.
Come from far, at home mom? Though mostly all, adding new features. The deer when, chore later on.

It’s beautiful. Sure. And flying pigs that crash into towers, that’s funny.
But can somebody please tell me the meaning of this? Are spammers just retards or does this stuff really generate some kind of income for them?

(Yeah, I’m a little annoyed after deleting about 200 of these weird comments.)

I’ve got a photo shoot at Södermalm today, by the way. Expect a post about that very soon.
