A few months back I found Pinterest. A few months later – a couple of days ago – I started using it.

And it’s actually pretty awesome. Find something you like online, pin it and it’s in your pinboard.

People love Jasmine. For a reason, of course, but the longer I’ve been in the industry, the more I’ve figured she’s not my cup of tea.

However, I scrolled through blogs today and stumbled upon a post Kat over at Rock ‘n Roll Bride wrote. Kat recommended (begged almost) everyone to watch one of Jasmine’s seminars online.

So I did.

And whether you’re a photographer, whether you’re working in the wedding industry, or whether you’re both. Or if you’re someone else building your own brand, I strongly suggest you make yourself a cup of hot beverage of choice, prepare to get a wee bit of a headache (I did) and watch her talk for an hour. It’s about the importance of your brand and it’s worth the headache.
