Olympic Torch Relay | Vancouver Photographer

So obviously the games have started here in Vancouver. It’s crazy downtown with thousands and thousands (and thousands) of people. I still have a couple of pics from the torch relay in Stanley Park and at English Bay though, so I thought I’d share them as well.

We got up early and headed down to see Arnold Schwarzenegger run with the torch.

Unfortunately we didn’t find him.

But it was great anyway as thousands of people gathered to see the torch on its way to the opening ceremony.

Here we are at English Bay, next to the Inukshuk.

That’s that. Let’s move on to the actual games. Go Finland, Go Sweden, Go Canada! (Great to have so many nations to cheer for and congrats all Canadians to the first gold medal on Canadian soil. Big moment!)
